The “Jaded” top is asymmetrical and adjustable with the clasp having the option to tighten the front. The asymmetry of this top symbolizes the imbalance of how we feel when we are jaded.
The two colors “Jaded” comes in are Dusk (a dark blue Indigo), Mocha (a mix between nude and olive), and Midnight (black).
We all are jaded by previous “negative” experiences. We become cynical and pessimistic as a self-defense mechanism, expecting the same result in a similar situation. However, with this mentality, this only attracts the same pattern and results. In order to no longer be jaded, we need to learn from our previous mistakes and be stronger than our old habits, temptations, and thought processes. We must be wiser, but also remain positive with an open heart. If you’re looking for love, it cannot be done whilst being jaded. Love blooms when you’re fully open, vulnerable, and optimistic.
As women, I think it’s natural for us to want to feel beautiful, sensual, sexual, and attractive.
But even with this desire, we must not be tempted by quick-fixes or patterns that only reaffirm a negative self-fulfilling prophecy which keeps us jaded..
I admit there are times that I wanted to feel a night of passion, adoration, and “love” even if it was for 30 minutes. There is no shame at all, if you’re happy living this lifestyle— the problem is if you start feeling JADED, guilty, empty, or unhappy. This guilt is happening because your short-term desires are not truly aligned with who you want to be long term.
“I have given too much of myself to the wrong people. I want to love and be loved but there is that jaded side of me that would prefer just to stay alone. Stay within my walls, my thoughts, my emotions, and not give my heart away again, because every time I do I get less of it back..”
