THERE IS A TWO WEEK EXCHANGE POLICY FOR FULL PRICE ITEMS. EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE PROCESSED IF THEY'RE PAST THE 14-DAY MARK OF THE RECEIVED DATE. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. ITEMS ARE EXCHANGEABLE OR STORE CREDIT WILL BE PROVIDED.
ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN, UNUSED, UNWASHED, AND UNDAMAGED WITH TAGS ATTACHED. ITEMS WITH DEODORANT, MAKE UP, OR TANNING MARKS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REJECT AN EXCHANGE IF IT IS NOT IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION. CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING THE ITEM BACK TO OUR FACILITY AND PAYMENT FOR THE 2ND REPLACEMENT SHIPMENT.
